OUR FISH
All of our fish is responsibly sourced from MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified suppliers, who ensure that fish is caught from sustainable fishing grounds and the fishing industry has a future for years to come. We only buy premium quality fish, only the best producers make it to our fryer!
OUR POTATOES
It is our mission support local farms and suppliers for our potatoes, this ensures that we always have the freshest, quality produce. We test each delivery for sugar content, marks and blemishes that can make a difference to our finished product.
OUR OIL
We fry in premium vegetable oil, which is triple filtered everyday and changed regularly to maintain quality. We fry at a high temperature to lock in flavour and allow the oil to drain from the product before serving.
